Monika Lignae Culp is a Toledo-based soloist and photographer. She currently owns Monika Lignae Photography Studio. Once a vocal performance major at Bowling Green State University and now a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, she has been known for her fashion and event photography as well as her photography with community organizations to build self-esteem. Monika has worked with Youth Enrichment services of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Strong Women, Strong Girl, the YWCA and United Way, to name a few.
In her journey as a photographer, she seeks to inspire others to pursue the creative arts as a whole, incorporating not just one art-form but bringing together multiple creative talents to express her love for the fine and performing arts. As a Toledoan, she loves to contribute to the new artistic wave that continues to sweep the downtown area inspiring, and drawing people close together again in this rust-belt community.
