Pamela Einarsen is an award-winning portrait and fine art photographer whose work has been featured in the New York Times and Westport Magazine. In summer 2003, Pamela was selected as one of three judges for the Westport Fine Arts Festival, attended by 50,000 visitors annually. Recently, Pamela’s images were chosen from among one million photos submitted by 25,000 photographers to be published in the America 24/7 project - America 24/7, Connecticut 24/7, and Dogs 24/7 editions - chronicling of one week in the life of America. Her image chosen for Dogs 24/7 was picked by the publishers as one of the 10 best photos in the book. Pamela has studied photography at the Ansel Adams Photography Workshops, the Palm Beach Photographic Centre, Silvermine School of Art, the Maine Photographic Workshops and the Woodstock Photography Workshops.
Pamela combines a photojournalistic style with an artist’s eye to capture the essence of her clients’ lives and family relationships. Her work is featured in collections internationally. In addition to portrait commissions, Pamela works on editorial and corporate identity assignments.
Clients come to me for a complete fine art photo journal of their family. I spend about 2 hours creating a collection of fine art images that capture their story at this time.
