A home doesn't need photographs to sell. A home also doesn't need an agent to sell. But it is a lot easier to sell a home with both of those things. And when trying to sell a home, it makes sense to have a good agent. It also makes sense to have a good real estate photographer.
However, the photos won't sell the home; it is the home that sells the home. Instead, photography is the tool used to sell an experience, the experience a client gets by listing with you. Would one of your previous clients recommend their selling experience to a friend? According to a 2015 NARs survey of home buyers and sellers, 68% of people said they would recommend their agent to someone else but only 38% of people actually use an agent recommended to them (and only 22% of people will use their agent again!). Where is the disconnect? Maybe those agents weren't offering the best experience. Or perhaps those agents weren't selling themselves well enough.
According to that same survey, sellers say marketing the home is your most important job. Buyers, on the other hand, say photos are the most important part of marketing. You can give them what they both want with great real estate photography. My job is to help market you to your potential clients so you can market to their potential clients (the buyers). With a beautiful portfolio of your previous listings you can show your next client why you are a step ahead of other agents: because you leave the photography to the pros and use your cell phone to sell homes, not take pictures.
I will magnify you and your work. I don't want the glory, I just want to give you the best pictures so you get more clients. More clients means more houses to sell. More houses to sell means more pictures to take. See? We are already off to a great start.
Let's discuss your needs so I can help provide that great selling experience your clients are expecting.
Please reach out to me however works best for you. I would love to chat.
I provide real estate and commercial photography in Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo, Park City and the surrounding areas. I have a love of photography that started when I picked up my first camera over 20 years ago. After years of practice, I finally thought my pictures were worthy to sell. I continue to learn new techniques and new equipment to provide the best images for my clients. I also work as an architectural and landscape photographer. I travel the state of Utah to our many national parks capturing never before seen vistas. I also photograph the many beautiful LDS temples so a bride has a breathtaking memento of the place she was married.
I offer a range of photo packages for the size and type of listing starting at $169
