Rick Bernhardt began taking pictures in 2005. With plants and his pet dogs as his subjects, he realized he had a natural talent for photography. He quickly learned to fine-tune his skill, and moved on to landscapes and sunsets. Rick found inspiration in the ever-changing beauty of nature, capturing those unique moments and freezing them in time. “I think when I photograph a landscape, I try to capture an element that you don’t see with your eyes; almost as if it were a different world,” he says. “Being able to show the world something from my perspective, or maybe showing a common object in a way people have never seen before.” The ARCC owner especially loves taking pictures of corals and reef life, accentuating the bright colors and interesting shapes.
ARCC was created by Rick in 2012, thanks to the support and encouragement of his family. A dedicated husband and father, he decided to name his company after his loved ones’ initials. Rick’s perfectionism and attention for detail shine through in his work; he’s passionate and enthusiastic about the art he creates. The photographer has the highest respect for his clients, working hard to make sure they are completely satisfied, and his easygoing nature makes everyone he meets feel like family. Over the years, his love for photography has grown to a true calling, becoming part of his everyday life. Rick is living his dream: sharing the world he creates with the click of his shutter.
